See our latest site tour, where we invited the public view our new ICF MPHD system with Averra Developments . This system allows the footings and ICF walls to be poured on the same day. This saves days in forming, inspecting, pouring and stripping the footings. And saves thousands on pumping costs as well as a footing package. 

The first lift of concrete is being placed. The Fastfoot footing and roughly 12" of the ICF is placed.  Internal vibration with a pencil vibrator, and external kicking of the bag ensures proper concrete consolidation.

The new Monopour Heavy Duty (MPHD) brackets support the ICF wall outside of the footing. Providing a stable and drill adjustable ICF wall. 

Fastfoot footing form contains the footing concrete. This will remain on the ICF and act as a capillary break on the footing. Providing the driest foundation available.

Zont ICF bracing system provides a platform to place the concrete, while staking the wall in position and providing drill adjustment of plumb.

Screeding of the ICF walls is complete. Roughly 50 meters of concrete was successfully placed.
